As first time home-buyers, her availability was a true asset during the entire process of purchasing our future home. She was always able to be contacted via, text, phone, or email, and she always responded very quickly. She knew the market so well that she was able to help us pass on homes that were not good investments, even if we could afford them. She fought for us when things went wrong, and reached out frequently to make sure we were comfortable with everything throughout the process. Deidra Odom has been my agent for purchasing and selling residential real estate for about 10 years and she is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, easy to contact, a great negotiator and gets the job done. The last transaction I had with her was a home we sold that was only on the market for 5 days! I have seen what happens with people who use bad real estate agents and it isnt cheap or fun. If you need a real estate agent, do yourself a favor and contact Deidra.

He never made me feel pressured into purchasing a home. He LISTENED to my needs and wants.This is one of the biggest, if not the only, investment/purchase a person will ever make in their lifetime. So it important to do your homework and research.
