I have been here (in the Georgetown area) sinc 2014, and MWS has been an excellent landlord. They are courteous and friendly and are very prompt when I have needed anything done, whether its trimming back the hedge or fixing some issue inside the house. Almost never happens because they had tthe house in excellent condition when I came. -
