I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Gladys is very thorough and attentative to her owners and renters. As a owner who is currently living out of state, I am happy to know that Gladys and her team are taking care of my property as if it were their own.Although this review may sound bias because I am an owner but I am certain that they are as responsive to their tenants as well. So far this year I have been made aware of a few work order that has been completed for my property. Service to Central Air conditioning unit to top off Coolant level and a slow drain in a guest bathroom due to builder error. Other than that most of the properties that she manages are in great shape and are maintained very well by her team.Anyone looking for a great management company or a place to rent should definitely reach out to Gladys and her team. They are absolutely the best.Thank you Gladys, I appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail.

5 stars is not nearly enough stars for how amazing Gladys is, and there are not enough words to express how grateful I am to have found her. We found her by chance, and I have never been happier. As a first time home buyer buying from another state, Gladys was able to not only find us a house but she found us our dream home. We met in person once and in that short time Gladys was able figure out exactly what we were looking for, and then proceeded to find it. I put my absolute trust in her, and she earned it 100%. I was very anxious and nervous, but Gladys held my hand throughout this whole process and reminded me to breath! We were treated like family, and we were kept very informed every step of the way. She may have found us our dream home, but Gladys was our dream realtor. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Gladys and her Team have always take very good care of my property since I left the Fort Hood area almost five years ago. My property is on great condition and well maintained. We were truly blessed to be linked up with Monarch Realty when we were searching for our forever home. My husband and I had several requirements that were necessary for us in a home, which proved a challenge. Our realtor worked tirelessly and pleasantly searching out a home for us, tackling the challenge as though we were her own family. She explained every step of the process for us and worked diligently to find us a home within our price range, that met all of our familys varied requirements, and she continued through the contracting phase and also closing, making sure that we did not over pay for fees during closing and that repairs and maintenance that needed done was done. I own a cleaning business and have personal experience working with MANY property managers in Killeen. I can honestly say that Monarch Realty Group is amazing, both for Home Owners and Tenants. For home owners, they make sure your property is well maintained, which is always a huge concern when making the choice to turn your home into a rental property. The owners and team are beyond professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this group for a rental agency or to purchase a home. Their knowledge of the market and kindness in general would be worth the 5 stars but this team offers even more. I highly recommend this group.
