I am a vendor for Meridian Property. I have had the pleasure of working with there team for around 2 years. I have owned a business for 16 years and have had the opportunity to work with lots of management companies over the years. I would say Meridian truly cares about there properties and their tenants. They are all hands on deck to provide the best services for owners and tenants. Cherry’s plumbing is proud to help in the great services Meridian Property has to offer!

Meridian Properties have nice locations to rent from ! And some aren’t too far from Tech Campus which is great especially if you are a student! Any requests that you have they have no problems with getting them solved in a timely manner. Management is great! Pierce is the best to ask for he’s very nice, professional, and will make sure you are satisfied with your needs/wants! So far things been great since I’ve been renting and couldn’t ask for better ! Shoutout to Tyrone from Maintenance ! He does a great job on fixing whatever is needed in your apartment and he’s overall just a great person inside and out! Just know if Tyrone is assigned to your apartment you have nothing to worry about ! There arent many genuine people that are in this world but just know that Tyrone is one! A trustworthy one at that ! :)

Ive been with meridian property for 5 months now. Very clean affordable units. Since day 1 Mrs. Carol & all staff has been friendly, courteous, and very helpful as well as caring! From office staff to maintenance! Each and everytime I put in a work order it was taken care of. The ladys that work there are awesome!For me this is the best rental company that I have rented from so glad I found them! If theres a problem all I have to do is call or email and its fixed! They are always there when I need them. I take care of where I live and like for to look nice and clean 💯so its a big help to have lawn mowing service! Also they dont mind if I wanna fix it up a lil and make it a nice home while Im here!👍Thanks ladys!

Have needed a couple of things fixed (just from natural west and tear) since we’ve lived in one of their properties and they’ve always been punctual. Contacted them yesterday about an older appliance being naturally worn and they’re already working on it. Very happy with the speediness abs understanding.

Moved in with meridian property back in April and from the start moving in from out of town was a little nervous yet with the help of the property manager Carol I have no regrets. Always on time and there when needed. No request has went un answered of unsolved. I recommend this company to anyone. Very helpful and caring!
