Leah is absolutely amazing!! From the customer service, information she provided, assistance in every step of the process, stellar communication, she hands down exceeded my expectations. Me and 2 roommates had a list of things we wanted in a rental (about a mile long), a low price range, specific location, crazy work schedules, and to top it off not the best credit, but Leah handled everything beautifully. Leah showed us a variety of properties, over multiple dates, and was a great communicator! She asked for our feedback on every house until we found the perfect property. The cherry on top is she has a great personality and is so kind and genuine! Even after locating the property, (which is all I expected from her) she guided us through the application, negotiated our needs for the deposit, and made sure items we needed fixed were handled appropriately before our move in! (Including some maintenance work and a cleaning that was not originally provided) All of this was way more than I ever expected when my fiancé wanted to get a realtor to help us locate a rental property. We were handed the keys and the deal was done, and we couldn’t be more excited. The greatest thing about Leah and her service, is the extent that she goes for her clients! The day we moved in, (Long after Leah’s responsibilities were over) there was a large plumbing issue that needed to be resolved. I called Leah in a panic, and she helped to provide me information, advice for what to do, and the confidence to handle what needed to be done. Since the incident she has checked in with us multiple times to see how everything was going, AND how we were doing! When we first met Leah, I figured she would help us locate a rental, and once the deal was done her job was over. But Leah goes above and beyond at every opportunity and provided us with guidance that we will value forever!

Leah was awesome to work with, she went above and beyond in helping us find our home. I was even feeling bad because I thought I was being a little hard to please but she kept on saying we will find the right one. I would recommend her to help anyone find their next home.

We are very pleased with the process of purchasing our new home with Ms. Sheltons assistance. Her passion for Real Estate and for her clients is exceptional! Her professionalism and attention to detail are great assets. She listened to us and helped us find a home that fit our lifestyle, needs and personality
