I have never rented from this company but me and my husband applied for a house and the man named Matt helped us. We were the first to apply for the rental so we thought we would get it but we didn’t. Matt was very kind and gave us our money back for the application. We were young at the time 17 and 18 with a newborn and Matt was very understanding and helpful. Even though I never rented from them I would personally recommend this Matt guy.

Ive been with MATT and DARRELL LOEWEN for12 years, They are the best property managers that I have ever had. Wouldnt rent or buy from anyone else.

Matt seems to be a good guy even though I wasnt able to rent from him he was very nice about letting me know and gave good details about why I wasnt able to rent the property I looked at. Matt did refund my application fee. I would 10/10 recommend Matt if youre looking to rent in Clovis.

THEY ARE AMAZING! These group of people are very timely when it comes to getting items repaired. We rented a place from them and when we had something wrong, they were really fast to respond. They are the definition of great customer service! They are very genuine people. I don’t have one complaint about them. I was with them for 3 years and was happy with how they treated us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go through these guys to get a rental or a new home!

I selected Daryl Loewen to sell my wifes house, and we are so glad we did. Our house definitely needed some work, in order to sell. He was honest about what we needed to do, in order to make it sell. He was super responsive and kept on top of the sale. I couldnt imagine having a better representative for us.
