Jessica H was amazing to me this morning. New here with a pcs move from Fl and I’m struggling being in a new atmosphere and feel very lost and worried. But she was so kind and her soft spoken voice was helpful. She went out of her way to ease my anxiety over being in a new place far from home and all you know. She helped with telling me the local news stations and some medical facilities and that it’s not common to hear gun shots so close to our new place. So as you can imagine I’ve been a mess and she was so helpful. So far Legacy has been extremely helpful to our needs with this last minute move. Thanks Jessica 🫶

This company has been extremely professional. Even after our first choice home was already taken Patrick Tuttle made it a priority to find the perfect home for my family. Once they start reviewing our application it actually took no more than 24hrs to complete just as they promised it would. Karina Barajas had the absolute best customer service skills! She answered every question promptly and correctly and was very nice and personable. Once we signed our lease, we were immediately sent and email on how to set up our utilities and a handbook with lots of helpful information which answer questions we had or didn’t know that we had without us even have to ask them. We have only just started renting with this company but just seeing their professionalism, thought, and willingness to answer questions tells me that this is a company that cares, and we are very excited to do business with them!

We had a tricky timeline moving for the military with both of our positions and renting sight unseen is scary for anyone. Im overjoyed with the service we received from Legacy Management. They took every call I made professionally and expertly. After speaking with (or failing to even get in contact with) a few other property management companies, my SO and I decided even if we didnt get our first choice, we would be renting from this company no matter what. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. We ended up with our first choice and the property was the most clean and well kept Ive had in my 7 years of renting (a new place every year)! Were excited to work with this company in keeping up the property and excited to stay with them for the remainder of our station. A big thank you to Karina and Jody specifically!

She always tried to help me in any way possible. Its nice to have someone like her working for you and be the first person you see when you go in. Jessica gave me a hug as well and made me feel at home. She made sure that all my issues as a tenant were resolved. She is just truly a sweetheart. Jody gave me the opportunity to rent with them so Im forever grateful to her for allowing me to rent a beautiful property with amazing views. The wildlife and nature around this property helped me find my inner peace as I dealt with my moms passing. Housing can be a stressful thing but they’ve always gone above and beyond to ensure transitions were comfortable and convenient. Luly went out of her way to support me through the renting process of a unit that was in high demand. I have been using Legacy Management Services for almost five years now and they have been great. I have owned rental properties in multiple states, and worked with several different management companies. Legacy has provided the best quality service at an unbelievably affordable price. I wish I could find the same level of quality management in every state. They always communicate quickly and effectively. Over the years, they have listened to all of my issues with genuine concern and empathy. I have had multiple tenants and numerous repairs. I don’t think there is a property owner out there that likes to hear that their tenant is vacating the property, or there is another repair. Their professional staff makes the hard times seem easy.Jody and Jessica are the best. Jody has always been great about quickly finding great tenants while determining a competitive market rent that works for both me and tenant. I have transitioned through multiple tenants, and Jody has been there every step of the way. Jessica has handled the contracting of all my home repairs. You couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of your house. She has been able to effectively find solutions for issues that are in the best interest of both my self and the tenant. In my opinion, she isn’t out there just looking for the quick dollar and does her due diligence to find the appropriate person/company to appropriately address any problems that arise at a reasonable price.

We rented a property they managed for 2 years. They always had any repairs we requested fixed immediately and were receptive to any concerns we had. When the house was being put back on the market prior to us moving they scheduled any showings at our convenience. We left the house clean and in good condition and they returned our entire deposit in a timely manner. We would definitely rent again through this company if we are ever stationed at Fort Bliss in the future.

Not only was the paperwork and initial process to rent one of their properties easy, but they also show great care for those properties. Renting a house can be a huge stress if the property management company doesnt do their job of helping make sure the house is working correctly, but Legacy not only acts fast, but they follow up and you can quickly see how much they truly care about their customers.
