*5/5 Stars - Exceptional Experience!*Ive had an outstanding experience with LGI Living! Hope, the representative, went above and beyond from the initial tour to move-in and continues to check in, ensuring everything runs smoothly.The maintenance expert, John, is knowledgeable, super helpful and responsive. His quick replies and solutions have been invaluable.Initially, as the first tenant, I encountered some pest issues (scorpions, ants, spiders). While pest control became my responsibility, I appreciate the transparency.However, the neighborhoods charm makes up for it! Quiet, friendly, and festive - Halloween was a delight, with neighbors socializing and handing out candy in great spirit!Overall, Im thoroughly enjoying my stay! Loved the experience here at LGI when searching for a new home for me and my family. Gladis made the process super easy and was very helpful with getting back to me with any questions that I had. I loved how everything was laid out so we know exactly what we have to do. Very simple process. I just add that the homes are beautiful! So grateful of our new home!!

I had the pleasure of working with both Shanel and Gladis ! LOVE THESE LADIES. I loved how they showed us every single home that we wanted to see. They let us see the home for ourselves and weren’t breathing down our backs. They knew and had an answer for every question we had. They made submitting the application easy. And that itself was quick. They kept in communication even throughout the approval. They provide you with all of the contact information for the utilities so you don’t have to search and find out what you need. They were very honest and didnt sugar coat anything. They told us every single thing. So there were no surprises. I truly enjoy them both. They were even In communication when they were out of office. My bestfriend sent me over to these ladies and I’ll do the same. Very respectful and kind. Highly recommend. THE HOMES ARE BEAUTIFUL. And come with washer and dryers and new updated appliances which we appreciate ! Love the space in the homes which it great for our family of 5. The homes are top tier imo.
