First time renter and Catherine was so amazingly helpful and had great communication with me during the rental process! She was so friendly and had a positive attitude and willing to help! I’ve been here now for 6 months and any question we had she answered quickly and explains with great detail. I would highly recommend to live here, because Catherine has made this such a lovely experience!

I enjoyed my year with LGI living in the community. The move in and move out procedures were very transparent. The management was very helpful when I would report issues with the home of have questions. I only have two recommendations that prevented me from rating it as 5 stars.1. When a work order would be put in for a repair or if there was periodic maintenance (ie air filter change), you would get no notification or tentative arrival of the team. This sometimes caught is off guard. I would recommend to provide tenants of a window that the team was going to be arriving so they can prepare (ie pick up toys, put dog outside/kennel, etc).2. While it’s sort of trivial, many people are remote and require an internet connection. The home had a small ISP company which would constantly have outages or maintenance during normal hours. Recommend to look into a different provider or let the tenant bring their own.

Been here for a little over a year. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. Any work orders I submit, maintenance comes to fix the same day or next. Office staff very attentive to any questions I have in a fast manner. We love it here!

The leasing office was great from the start! Catherine made this process very easy by having constant and quick communication. They always pick up the phone which is a plus. I recommend leasing from here if you’re looking for a rental home.

LGI made our first year a wonderful experience. Coming from a small town I really felt safe and taken care of. If they would have been closer to town, I would have never moved. Highly recommended!!!

We recently moved in to the Freeman Ranch area and it has been wonderful! During the leasing process Catherine was amazing and answered all of my questions quickly and thoughtfully. The neighborhood is beautiful and well taken care of. I would recommend Freeman Ranch Leasing! :)
