I Highly, Highly recommend. 2020 has been a tough year to manage properties with all the unknowns but Lakefair was great.Lakefair manages over 90 of my residential and commercial properties. They have leased out properties that others could not and took care of my tenant issues. They are very responsive and I plan on giving them more properties and continue to grow with them. Lori is fantastic she handles most of the leasing, William handles all the tenants repair issues in a very timely and efficient manner. William is also very conscious of not always spending my money on problems that are not mine or that he can fix by walking the tenant thru the issue.James the owner is an investor and property owner himself so he strategizes with me on how to grow my bottom line and get me a better ROI. I plan on continuing growing with them and giving them more properties to manage.If you want to call and ask me questions ask them to put you in touch with there largest customer.

I rent a home from them and Ive never been happier. They helped me when I was in a bind, I was able to get a home fast. It was super clean when I moved in. The owner/manager and maintenance people are very helpful and very patient with my many needs. Anytime I put a request I they are very prompt in getting back in touch with me and fixing the problem. I highly recommend them. They definitely deserve more then 5 stars.
