Cannot say enough about how great of an experience we had using Kelly for selling our house. She went out of her way throughout every single step of the process and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening. This was our first time selling a house so it was all very new to us, but Kelly was there every step of the way to educate us and help out however we needed. I would highly advise using Kelly for all your real estate needs in the market. She cares about her clients and getting them the best deal possible and puts the clients priorities first and foremost.

Kelly is truly one of a kind! She is so knowledgeable, well connected and a great negotiator. We loved having her as our realtor in Georgetown. She helped us sell our home once we had already moved cities and make the whole process so simple. Highly recommend!

We worked with Kelly Ladner in the spring of 2020 to sell our home, and we couldnt have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Kelly’s incredible work. Kelly brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also helped us stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her marketing team is top-notch and cant be beaten! Kelly was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!).
