No words can ever describe the dedication and commitment our realtor Alice Bussey has shown to my family and I in our journey of purchasing our first home. Her ambitions, professionalism, and expertise in the realty business always gave us the assurance that we were in absolute great hands. Always punctual with the drive of thoroughly going over questions we had. Had a unique type of patience and always gave her everything to answer questions. I bought my home in the Fall of 2021 with Alice after a quick google search of “military friendly realtors” in my area. I can say without a doubt that Alice fits that bill of experience, detail-oriented, and military friendly. I wanted someone who had familiarity navigating the market for a VA loan buyer and she has that experience. I did eventually buy my home with conventional loan due to market preferences though Alice helped strategize along the way and helped close very quickly with an acceptable agreement. Her straightforward approach was refreshing, and her attention to detail makes her a great advocates for her clients. Highly recommend

After my dad passed away, we were faced with having to sell his house. Alice was able to help us every step of the way. She has a great deal of experience in every aspect of buying/selling a house. A true pro. Later on, my wife and I decided to look for a new house. We called upon Alice once again. She welcomed us like old friends. Alice stuck by our sides through many showings and had a lot of advice for us. But, alas, we ran into a financial situation that wouldnt allow us to buy. At least for now. She kindly thanked us for using her services. We will definitely look for Alice again when we start the hunt again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alice when my daughter needed help with her familys military relocation. We flew in from Florida with only a week to find a house and put down an offer. Needless to say we knew it was going to be a challenge.Alice rose to the occasion and in three days arranged for us to see close to 20 homes! She was prepared and left no stone unturned! She was diligent and a joy to work with. On the last day, the last house proved to be the perfect new home for my daughter.The closing went through without a hitch and she was available throughout the entire process. Alice is the best!

Alice was a life saver with our relocation to Texas. She worked around the clock to find us a home within the small time frame we had. She was super responsive and diligently communicated with us through the entire home buying process. She worked her magic to get us the best deal possible and to get inspections done in a timely manner. If you are a military family relocating to Corpus Christi or the Kingsville area she should be your first call.

Loved Alice, always answered our text and phone calls immediately. Very professional, gave her opinion when we asked for it.
