I have lived in my home for over 4 years and I have had many issues over the years however whenever I call they send someone out normally within 24 hours, Yes the house is old but the property is very well maintained. When I saw a roach and ants they came out and sprayed, i heard mice in my ceiling and they came and put down poison when my Fridge broke they did not fix it they replaced it with a brand new one and when my old stove was acting up they replaced it with a brand new one. Whenever the sink got clogged they came out and put in a garbage disposal. I would recommend Investors Real estate. They have great customer service !!!! Best landlord EVER!!!!!!!

I rented from their dad when he was living. He was always nice and respectful. Then the sons took over and they where good to. I just hate I lost my job and moved out. I wish I could rent from them again. They literally have the cheapest prices in town and pretty decent properties. I loved the duplex size on old Hearne road.
