I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley when purchasing a new home for my family and selling my old house. We LOVE our new house and neighborhood!!!From day one, Ashley was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for improvements to the house I was selling. She suggested the style of granite for the countertops and was instrumental in helping make the final decision on the color of the backsplash. But, that’s not all… All the little projects for improving the house before selling, Ashley had a guy for that! She even helped stage the house!All throughout the negotiations and closing Ashley was there, quickly handling all issues that came up. We were able to negotiate the best price for our former home and actually make a profit!If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there are no questions on who my Realtor will be!

Best home buying experience we have ever had! Ashley was so easy to work with and we were not easy people to help. Everything was crazy on our end (trying to sell a home while buying, husband out of the country at important times, picky criteria) and we were never rushed or made to feel like we were inconveniencing everyone else even when our circumstances were definitely an inconvenience. Once everything did fall into place, Ashley had us in our new home quickly and easily. I recommend HoM to anyone and everyone I know that is looking for a realtor. I have even passed them on to people I’ve met in the grocery store line. Truly the type of home buying experience you always hope for.

I rented a home from HoM Realty from April 2020 to May 2022 and I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience of leasing from HoM Realty. Raquel was amazing to work with from the beginning of the leasing process to the move out process. I cant say enough positive things about renting my home from HoM Realty.
