Ive bought and sold 17 properties in my life, mainly moving around for work reasons. Im about to sell my 18th home. I can tell you that my discussions with Jeffrey about how to market and list the house were some of the most honest and professional Ive ever encountered. When it comes time to sell the house, you do not want an agent to exaggerate your homes value just to get the listing; you want facts, honesty and a true professional approach. I would like to share my experience with Jeffrey Fawaz and Mike Elaridi in regards to the sale of my home.
