We stayed at the Seville 205 and loved every minute of it. The kitchen was well stocked and found everything we needed. It would be great if the owner could add ceiling fans especially in the two bedrooms. We definitely want to return and rent 205 again.I loved working with Deserea on our reservations....she is awesome.Thanks so much for a fun-filled week...we will be back!

One month stay for work. cozy unit, full kitchen was convenient so we could cook our meals instead of eating out the whole month! Loved the little dock out back for a beer and a fishing rod! Pool was also very private. Only had people there one weekend throughout our stay.Well be back soon Franke Rentals

We stayed at Bella Casa @ The Shores for 7 days and absolutely loved our vacation home. Franke Realtors were very accommodating in setting us up with easy check in and everything we needed for an unforgettable week in South Padre. Our 4 bedroom home was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and the perfect get away for our large family. We truly didnt want to come home! The grounds around The Shores are amazing and really make you feel like youre in the Caribbean -- Well maintained and the perfect location for Friday and Saturday night fireworks from Claytons on the beach during the Summer. Our service was stellar and we really didnt even need to contact the office for much of anything. Thanks so much for a memorable family summer vacation, we will be back!

I rented Unit 801 @ the Inverness from Franke Realtors and my family I couldnt have been more pleased with the place. The condo was gorgeous and fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, linens, etc. Absolutely wonderful. Great balcony overlooking the ocean. Very roomy and comfortable. Fully furnished with all the electronics anyone would ever need! And a great selection of books for some late night reading. All really nice touches. Booking with Desarea was so easy. Express Check-in and check-out only added to the experience. Didnt have to drive halfway across the island to get the keys to the place, like Ive had to do at other rental agencies in the past. So convenient!! I needed to call the after hours number to get some information and someone actually answered the phone and helped me out!! I loved every minute of our 5 day stay and we cant wait to come back next year. Looking forward to it! Thank you Desarea!!!

The lobby was very clean and neat. It smelled of wet paint, they actually had wet paint signs on the walls LOL. I visited the facility to take care of a rental balance. As I was waiting for Kevin Franke, the lady on the non-rental side was a bit unprofessional in my opinion when she received a phone call and then complained about working in customer service afterwards. It was hard to notice when the lobby was empty and I was the only one waiting there. Kevin was very kind and professional. He explained the whole process for entering the property and told me that I could call ahead for possible early check in.

SPI Deck house located on 123 Georgia Ruth.I have stayed at this property three times. Once as a guest and two as a renter. The property is clean, accommodations are great, plenty of space, its fully furnished, you name it, it has it. WiFi reaches out by the pool. Everyone Ive taken loves the place and have a great time. If you run into any issues they try their best to make it right or offer discounts to compensate for not been able to. Will continue to stay here!

My family stayed at Bella Casa, at The Shores, for a very pleasant three days!! The house, the views, the spa and pool, were awesome! The house was spotless, everything was perfect. Anytime we go to South Padre, we will try to stay there again!

Rented the Coastal Cottage 6/23/17. Best place we have ever stayed at SPI. Truly felt like home. Beautiful design, strong construction & amazing amenities. Highly recommend !!Its away from all the chaos of the island, but close enough to still enjoy all SPI has to offer.The rental process and check in was extremly easy.
