Worked with Stephen. Stephen understood what we were looking for from the start and stayed patient with us until we were able to get a deal we liked. Stephen is the true definition of a realtor as he worked for the best interest of the client by staying patient and getting the best deal possible for us during a high interest/high value housing market.

We worked with Tracey to purchase our first home, and honestly we couldn’t be happier. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local market, and a beast at negotiations. She really made the whole process feel effortless. She help us step by step (from starting with picking out the lot to closing day) making sure we understood everything and we were cool with it. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. Her keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were beyond than expected. Steve has been with us for about 6 mos when we met i told him we were looking but not ready . But within 6 mos we would i told him i understood he worked on commission and that if that was not ok i understood i would just keep looking . Steve understood and was patient kind and me t our needs COMPLETELY . I AM BEYOND SATISFIED !!!! We have closed on the house 2 weeks ago and he continues to be there for us .
