    Man where do I start! Angie is just an incredible person. Not only is she my realtor but she is my friend. Angie went above and beyond to help us sell our house(ps this was the first house she sold us) she was hustling for a good deal with investors giving us all the in and outs of everything that was being said between making the deal and getting it done! There was times were we bombarded her with questions and each time she had a ready response and will either call us or message us right away. Angie is also my agent to buy our new home with some land which was our goal from the beginning. Angie was able to get us the house we wanted and ask for all the things we requested to get done! If there was a 100% rate for Angie I would give it! Angie is smart, she is resilient and man she will hustle to get you what you want and need!!!     In October 2022, I was considering the sale of my home. I was referred to Angie Thomas and had an awesome experience. Although I had bought a home in the past, I had no knowledge about selling one. Angie came to my home and explained everything to me, assuring me that she would be there every step of the way.     As a first time buyer, the thought of it for me, was overwhelming and a little terrifying, so I was looking for someone to take my hand and walk me through the process and Angie over exceeded my expectations, she will not let you make a, mistake in purchasing the wrong home, the open houses we walked were beautiful and I gave her my list of wants and she found multiple homes with everything I asked for, making it a much harder of a decision at the end, I now realize how lucky I was to have her as my realtor, because now hearing about all the horror stories from other buyers, about these agents working with the sellers to make a better profit is mind blowing, smh, Angie is fierce when negotiating on your behalf, shes very firm and accretive and well respected by her peers and that gave me comfort, if youre looking for someone that has your best interest in hand and that you can trust, go with ATREG, when purchasing home, land or property, you have to have someone with integrity and Angie checks all the boxes!!!
