Outstanding Experience and customer service!!! From day 1 DKD was willing to work with me, even when I needed a little extra time to turn in my application. Entire year I was with them was hassle free. Very prompt to respond to questions and to have service technicians come out to the house and make necessary repairs without delay. Truly refreshing and wonderful experience working with Yvette and Fernando to secure a rental property on the East side. After almost purchasing a home and then deciding to rent due to the crazy market, we were so pleased when Yvette went out of her way to help our family. I loved how thorough Fernando was with the the explanation of every detail of the lease. The office staff was always friendly and responsive. It seems like a very well-oiled operation and a beautiful family owned business that isn’t lying when they say they look out for military families. My husband and I left happy today to know that there are still solid businesses that have pride in ownership and help others when they can. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend DKD Associates, my family and I rented a property through them for about 14 months. They were very well organized and the process to rent the house went very smoothly. They actually went beyond what I expected, my wife is not a US citizen so she has no credit but they still worked with us. We only needed to use them for one service call and they sent a plumber out to the property ASAP, the repairs were done the same day. When turning back over the property we forgot to do a couple things, they were nice enough to let us back into the property so no cleaning costs would come out of our deposit. Really great service, if we need to rent in the future they will be the first company we contact.

Working with them to rent our property was seamless. They had a very organized application process and the move-in inspection was so detailed I feel comfortable they work hard to protect both landlord and tenant. They were also quick to address the repairs we noted. Would definitely recommend them!

I know Im leaving a fairly early review but the interactions Ive had with this company versus the many Ive dealt with over the years of moving for personal reasons and PCS moves, this has been the least stressful and easiest to deal with.From the application process through deposit and 1st months rent, Sa dras communication has been top notch. When I was in town and ready to pick up the keys, our broker, Fernando, was very clear cut and has experience on both sides of this process making the transition much smoother than past moves.Even when I had keys in hand and stepped into our new rental we had two items we needed to call a technician for and again, communication and timeliness were awesome. I joked with them that my face broke out from the stress of moving but none of it was from them. I have nothing to complain about. I have worked with another company in El Paso and was left feeling both in the dark and apprehensive about moving back here to Bliss. DKD has really helped me enjoy setting up our new home and frankly, Im already so comfortable in the house it doesnt even feel like renting. I have no anxieties about little repairs, calling for maintenance, or wear and tear and I feel like we will be happy here, a new feeling for me as a long time renter.

Fernando at DKD has been my property manager in El Paso since 2008, taking care of our family home while we live 3 states away in California. Presently, DKD manages two properties for us and have consistently kept them occupied with good tenants. Earlier this year, Fernando found another house he knew we would love. Sight unseen, we trusted Fernando to negotiate on our behalf to purchase this home, while he listed another house we owned. Within 24 hours after our property went on the market, we got a full asking price and sold it. Communication and understanding what clients want, has been the foundation to a successful relationship. DKD is like family youre always glad to see, because we genuinely care about each other. Thank you guys.

We rented from DKD Associates for over a year and never had any issues with getting necessary repairs completed. We liked the fact they had specific repair companies that we could call when a repair was necessary and were never denied any needed services. Sahara and Susana were always helpful every time I called and went out of their way to make sure that my concerns were handled promptly. We used the carpet cleaning company DKD had recommended and followed the check out requirements they listed when renting, and received our entire deposit within the 30 days. I know they are not perfect, however, Sahara and Susana always made it a pleasure to deal with DKD Associates. They are the reason I would recommend DKD Associates to anyone needing to rent a home.

The residential managers are always attentive, they handle almost all my concerns, and are courteous and professional. Although I have no used another company to manage my properties, I cant think of anything these guys need to improve upon. I recommend them. Also, they renovate well.

I rented with them from January 2015 until November 2016 and they have been amazing! Im not sure if its because the owner of the house is amazing and so accommodating or because this company is just awesome. Everything I had issues with had been taken care of quickly and without a fuss. The companies they recommend for cleaning and repairs are always super quick to arrive.This management company is very professional. When I moved out recently, it was fast and smooth. I used their recommended cleaning company and carpet cleaners. They are phenomenal.They have recommendations for basically EVERYTHING. Pest control, cleaners, carpet cleaners and plumbers. They spell out EVERYTHING in simple terms. They explain everything so you never have to question anything.A couple of the companies they use have complained about the owner but I had no issue with him. Hes retired military and its hard to take the soldier outta the man.The front desk ladies are very friendly and professional. I received my full deposit back in less than 2weeks after moving out. I wish they had a branch here in San Antonio. I definitely recommend this property management company to any one looking to rent or put their home out there.

I have rented from DKD Associates since November 10th 2021. It is mid January 2022 and I plan to spend another two years renting from him, if possible. Im military on orders to PCS to El Paso during the height of Covid19 infections. I had less then a month, and was looking to rent a 1800 to 2000+ square feet home. I had reached out to multiple listing and rental property companies with little-to-no resolve.Fernando returned my call and worked with me throughout the weekend to ensure I had a place to stay when I PCSed. Fast forward to 07 January 2022, the home owner of the property I am staying in didnt renew my lease and planned to sell within 30 days. On that day, she sent me a letter to vacate the premises. Fernanos team worked with me to ensure yet again I had a rental that was within my price range and size. This is an excellent company, with an amazing staff who cares about properties, people and service. If youre military, I highly recommend them.

Our main concern was that our tenants live in good and well maintained homes. DkD excelled with the performance of this task and many others. Our homes were never vacant more than 2 weeks at a time and they would stay rented for years to the same tenants. All in all Fernando Zuluaga and his staff took excellent care of our properties as well as maintaining excellent relation with us and our tenants.
