When I decided to relocate across the country to Austin to be closer to my kids and grandkids, they recommended Dillon as she had already successfully coordinated purchases and sales for members of my family.Working with Dillon was a dream! She worked with me to preview properties virtually and narrow down the choices so that when I visited in person, we could focus on the top three. With her help, I was able to quickly make an offer and enter a contract for a lovely house, and we closed in about a month. Dillon and her team did all of the legwork, which turned what could have been a very stressful time into a smooth transaction. I would absolutely recommend working with Dillon.

Could not recommend Dillon more! My husband and I went into the home buying process completely clueless, but Dillon made it extremely easy and seamless. She truly listens, is so responsive and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at each step. She is super hands-on when it comes to negotiations and coordinating the multiple parties involved. We are so excited about our new home and are beyond grateful to Dillon that the process wasnt rife with stress and chaos.

The home buying process can be overwhelming but Dillon went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as seamless as possible.Dillon is extremely knowledgeable of the housing market and we could tell from the first time talking to her that she has experience and we could trust her in this process. She advocated for us during our entire home building process and was there in person for many steps along the way.We were so impressed with Dillon that we referred her to a few of our friends and she has also helped them to find homes!

100% would recommend Dillon! We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Dillon helped us every step of the way. She was so quick to answer and return all of our phone calls and emails, guided us through housing options, completed our walk through with us, and showed up on our closing date (according to our notary most realtors dont do that?). I would buy a house with her help again, she has such great knowledge on the housing market.
