    Five Stars is not enough to indicate the excellence that Dennis and his team served us with throughout the selling process! They made a stressful time as simple and easy as possible. From a well thought out plan based on comps that included little nuances that other realtors did not consider. He set the price right. We listed at 5pm on Friday and by Monday we had multiple offers over our asking price. By Tuesday afternoon we accepted a contract for 10k over list price.Dennis and his team sent a professional house stager and we followed her advice to a T which I’m sure added to the sell-ability. Their photographer was fantastic, included drone shots. Online marketing was top notch!They added value by sending little “encouragements” along the way. They LISTENED to us and it showed up in several meaningful ways. They took time to explain things we might not have understood and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.If you need a good realtor team to support you while selling your house in the least stressful way possible - call the Dennis Tuttle Team! P.S. - I’m positive that they’d do an equally good a job on helping anyone buy a house as well!

    A year before we sold our house, we decided to use Dennis Tuttle as our Realtor. We closed on our property within 5 days of listing at more than our asking price. IMO, this was due to the preparation of the Dennis Tuttle Real Estate Team.Dennis visited with us a year ago and he brought detailed information regarding comparable properties that really illustrated his knowledge of the area as well as his attention to details that set our property apart from others.A year later, we decided to actually list our property.     My wife and I bought our first home in June of 2012 and the Dennis Tuttle Team is the primary reason why it happened. We contacted Cory in May and were asking for help finding out about rental properties in the area. While Cory was very helpful finding us some rentals to look at, he also showed us that we were actually in a great position to buy, rather than rent. We decided to check it out and Cory was very detailed in laying out how we should go about the process. My wife and I didnt exactly follow the rules, however, as we decided we wanted to put an offer on one of the first houses we looked at. Cory gave us the pros and cons of choosing a house so early and was nothing but supportive when we decided to go for it. The entire experience after that was excellent. Cory and Dennis let us know exactly what was going to happen and made themselves available at all times for all the silly questions that we had. We were able to negotiate a great price while also getting the homeowner to make some improvements to the home before we moved in. While the entire experience was as pleasant as buying a home could be, the best part has been our relationship with the Dennis Tuttle Team ever since. It doesnt end when they hand you the keys. The team has done a great job in fostering a family environment far beyond the day you close and we are still involved in events that they put on to this day. I couldnt recommend them enough.

    I had such a great experience with the Dennis Tuttle team I had to share my experience. I was not looking to buy a house until February. I heard about the Dennis Tuttle team and how great they are. I reached out to DeAndre Sloan because he was specifically mentioned as the one to see. I told him what I wanted to do and when I wanted to be in a house. I am not an easy person to deal with because I am very picky. He sent me a few houses and the third house I looked at was “my house”. I knew then I wasn’t waiting until February. DeAndre walked me through the whole process and what to expect. I have an extremely busy schedule and sometimes unreachable. DeAndre handled almost everything down to meeting with the inspector at the house until I could get there.DeAndre is very knowledgeable and very patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). He was patient with me answered every question I had, and I had a lot. Not once did I feel like he didn’t care about my needs.Kimberly Glaze the Director of Operations heard about my situation and stepped right in and explained every form clearly and thoroughly. She spoke with mortgage company when I was unavailable or when I just ran out of patience with them. I would get so frustrated and they were both there to reassure me that everything would work out.Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with DeAndre and Kimberly made it as painless and straightforward as possible.     Cory listed our house and we had an accepted offer within a week. This was our first home selling experience and Cory provided a wealth of knowledge in helping us determine what tonlist our house at. At no point did Cory tell us what to do, but merely provided his insight based on expierence, industry knowledge, and his honest advice but put the decision making solely on us which we appreciated a lot. Once we stopped showing the house we had more offers than we expected and Cory broken down all of them for us and helped determine which one to accept.
