Dawnya has done a great job for us to sell our house in Houston under difficult conditions, just when the hurricane hit the city. We are very thankful for her quick and effective response and follow up and especially the price she helped us to achieve. This is the second time we use her wonderful services (also for finding our house 5 years ago) and we can and will recommend her highly to any buyer or seller. We wish we had a Dawnya also in NJ as it took us a long time to find the perfect new home for us.

Dawnya was absolutely amazing. She found us a house, in the neighborhood we wanted, $125k BELOW budget! In this market, it’s unheard of to walk into a house with equity, but, we did! We are moving from out of town and Dawnya toured the house for us, did FaceTimed and video. She knew that this would be the house for us and she was completely right. She referred us to a great lender. This by far was the smoothest home purchase I’ve ever had. Dawnya is our forever realtor.

Dawnya is the best! She sold our house super quick (we got an offer in 24 hours) and during a pandemic no less. She made sure that we got a good deal. She has great resources for any needed repairs. Dawnya also helped us negotiate a great deal on our brand new home and checked in after the sale to make sure the builder was getting things done that had been agreed upon. She responds quickly and is straight forward with you which is exactly what you need in a realtor. We will definitely be recommending her to anyone we know moving in the houston area!

Dawnya made our first home-buying experience a breeze. After meeting her at a specific house-showing, she agreed to help us find homes in the Spring area. Within 1 day, she was able to show us 7-8 houses that fit our criteria, as well as showing us options we hadnt considered. Once we had made our selection, Dawnyas guidance made the following gauntlet of paperwork, inspections, and negotiations understandable and quick. And once we had closed and moved-in, Dawnya repeatedly checked in with us to see how we were doing. Highly recommended. We look forward to dealing with her again in the future.

In fact, the first home we worked with her on we had ruled out one of the homes she had picked out for us. Dawnya kept insisting that we take a look. Once we arrived and made a walk thru, we immediately made an offer. Had we trusted her knowledge from the onset it could have saved us a lot of headache and time from the house hunting process. She knows the market and trust us she can find the right place for you. We recently purchased a second home in the Galveston area and property, and she did another amazing job for us as well. I’m sure we’ll be using her again once we can finally downsize from a family of 8.

Dawnya was my first and only realtor and helped me buy my first home. She is professional, polite, and has a great personality. Dawyna has many great qualities but her best are her ability to find exactly what a buyer is looking for, and her responsiveness.I spent three or four days visiting different homes and neighborhoods with Dawyna. She very quickly got a feel for what I was looking for in my price range. We bid on a place together but we couldnt make a deal. I had to go back to my homestate while Dawnya continued to look for suitable homes for me. She found the perfect place for me, but due to my circumstances I could not view it in person. But I trusted Dawnyas opinion and evaluation so much that I bought the home sight-unseen. And boy did it pay off. I am now living in my dream home.
