This review is NOT right!!!I did a great job for the sellers and worked hard so the sellers closed with good equity!I received an email from the sellers that said We would like to thank you for your help on selling our house last December. Now, we have settled in MA we want a refund for marketing dollars, 4-5 months after closing. .The 3% was earned and $995 marketing dollars was spent on marketing and open houses. Very sad these sellers closed with great equity and don’t see the value of a job well done by Corey Simpson & Associates brokerage.
