My boyfriend and I have lived in one of their properties for over a year and loved it!! Only reason we left was because we decided to purchase a home. Continental is the best company I’ve ever rented from! They are genuine, kind and are always eager to help! I’ve had many little issues arise at the property and the maintenance man is the best and always came to help as fast as he could! Even my dog loves him! If you want a easy and non crooked rental agency continental is the way to go!!

My wife and I are in the final stages of renting from them and the only thing I have to says is Continental Realty Management, Inc. is awesome. They made me feel like my wife and I was a valuable future tenant. From how the process work, and how long it might take for the credit report to come back was honest and true. They did not have my wife worrying about when and if they was going to contact us like other realty companies did us before finding them. When my wife notice things in the house, they took notes and let us know that it would be fixed before our move in day. We are looking forward to be leasing with this company.

CONTINENTAL REALTY is 100% The management team you will be pleased with. I was 3,000 away and they were a perfect business and personal representative of my property. They even acted as contractor and totally refurbished the home as I wanted it done. You cant hardly get that service if your in town. I can truly say I was 100% please and recommend CONTINENTAL REALTY.

Continental Realty Management are the very best realty I have ever did business with. they really care about their tenants. Any problems with maintenance, pest,plumping etc just give them a call and they are on it. The up keep the land escaping is excellent. Truly a very pleasant experience

Continental Property Management is a great company. We have few properties in different states and I can say without hesitation that Continental is at the top of the list of property management companies which we deal with. They have the experience to deal with various issues easily, and also, they know how to deal with different tenants and solve their problems smoothly. I like how they deal with owners., with respect and understanding. their professional manner is another reason to make me recommend them highly.

This management company has been EXCELLENT!! I am an out of state owner and my worry for my rental property has been relieved because they have gone out of their way on MANY occasions to get things done.They know their area and how to manage properties as such. That is not something they bother me for either. Repairs, rent, tax issues, or whatever they are willing to take care of it...thats GREAT customer service!

I definitely recommend renting from this company if youre looking for a home in the Birmingham area. We had a few minor issues with plumbing and electrical, but every time we called April or Shanna they had a technician sent out within a few hours.
