After selling my house with Jill Fochesato, I expressed an interest in purchasing a piece of land. I shared my preferred location and price range with Jill. She presented potential properties, yet nothing captured my eye, so I requested to postpone the search until end of the year. However, about a month later, Jill reached out to me with a property that was not yet listed, checking off exactly what I was looking for. After walking the property, I was convinced. We completed the transaction and were able to close within the same week. This shows the dedication Jill has to her clients, even when one is not actively searching, Jill goes above and beyond seeking out the perfect opportunity.

Throughout my home-buying process, she promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed about each development.Jill provided support beyond just the purchase of the home. It was stressful trying to buy a home while living 2 hours away, but she helped me with permits I needed, getting utilities set up, and even being on site when furniture was delivered!I will use her for all future real estate needs!

I worked with Tommy Carpenter to purchase a new home in Texas. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and area. He was instrumental in helping me select the right property to build a house on and was essential in communicating with the seller, seller’s agent, and builder throughout the entire process. He points out details during the construction and final walk through and is very knowledgeable about the building process. I highly recommend him and am grateful that he was my realtor through the closing process.

I am an individual that worked for 25 years in selling homes for Home Builders in Austin. Over that period I have probably worked with approximately 2,000 or more Realtors. Like anything else some are better than others. Tammy Dill is in the top 1% of all the Realtors I have worked with. My first expiernce with Tammy was with a $16,000 lot. One thing I noticed right away was her communication skills. She kept us totally informed as we moved through the proccess. When it came time to sell our home it wa an easy decision for my wife and I. We called Tammy. Our experience in selling our home was the same. This is the 2nd time Ive used Tammy. Both to sell and buy. She always answered my questions. When she didn’t know it was a very quick reply. She is VERY knowledgeable about Hood/Erath county properties. I cannot say enough good things about this lady. If you dont use her, your missing out on a great selling/buying experience. She sold my home in Bluff Dale first day it was listed. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE HER AGAIN! (If needed)
