Our home for 2 years on Alberta Lane was extremely well maintained before we rented and attentively managed by Doug, our property manager. The weather of hail, wind and yard problems caused by nature were quickly resolved, often before we had time to do the work order. Neighborhood is very friendly and caring.

Property Manager Doug, was very professional and handle business strictly by the book. Doug and his wife are an amazing team that place the customer first. Everything is as, There are no hidden clauses there are no hidden fees, everything is upfront. I enjoyed my experience with Doug and his wife and plan to use their business in the future when it comes time to rent my house out. They truly do have the best interest of the customer.

Doug and his wife are amazing. Never have any problems getting a rental home with them compare to all the property managers in Killeen. The whole process was easy on my family and if any issue occur they are right on it. I even used to the wife to purchase my house. She is an amazing realtor too. He repairs more than most all the while ensuring his landlords are getting a quality product. I just moved out of my place and I can say that Doug is very professional and responsive. My AC broke once while I was living there and they had a technician out to fix it the very next morning. I got a portion of my deposit back and I was provided a cost breakdown for the portion I didn’t get back. I would rent from them again if I wasn’t PCSing.

Suky is an absolute professional! I never thought that I would hear a relater say that an offer that I was considering making was too high. Relaters work on commission, so the more that a client pays, the more they make. She knows the market in an area where the value of a house can be affected by what side of the street it is on. When we eventually leave the Killeen area, Suky will absolutely be the listing agent on our house!
