Bridge is the best. I’ve rented from them for YEARS. Losing them when my building got sold was detrimental for me as a tenant. I could not wait to start leasing from them again. Vivian has always been helpful in my search for a home and Bridge has ALWAYS been incredible with communication before and during any lease I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for their team.

I’ve leased with Bridge for several years now and love it. I’ve had a few repairs needed over the years and they always get it done quickly, usually within the day. The office staff is always kind if I ever have to call them with questions. I’d recommend!

Bridge Residential Properties have managed our duplex for the past 18 years and we could not have been more pleased with their work. Our properties never went unrented for more than a few weeks and their tenant review process assured us that we had quality renters who paid on time and were respectful of our properties. Many of our renters renewed for years and we only heard compliments from them about the Bridge teamThe Bridge team was responsive to emergencies usually notifying us within hours of a tenants call and would get our authorization by providing us with a range of choices so that we could make a quick decision on behalf of the tenants request. In some instances they would use their own team which would help us save a few dollars but their vendors were quick to make repairs and their service fees were fair.The team provides monthly income and expense reports on line so that we can review our cash flow and their annual report that would come out in January included proper tax preparation documents which gave me great confidence in their back office operations.We recently sold our property and the Bridge team was most helpful in coordinating sales visits, inspections and the like with our real estate agent. We even needed some repairs done and they worked with our tenants to ensure they were not inconvenienced during that timeBridge Residential Properties is well run, professional real estate organization that serves the needs of homeowners and renters. I highly endorse them and their work

Ive been with this company for a year and I must say I dont see where the 1 star ratings come from. They are hands down one of the best that Ive seen in the buisness and I wouldnt recommend listening to the derogatory remarks from those who violates their lease. These people are legit. 💯
