My mom and I rented from them twice. We lived in a 1 bedroom duplex on 3205 S Adams in 2013, and another property at 2121 S Jennings #A in 2016. My mom and I never had any issues with this company, period!! I loved the 3205 S Adams property!! Im considering renting a property from these people again in the future. Ill need a 1 bedroom all bills paid again. How much are the 1 bedrooms nowadays?

I rented from them for years from 2001-2008. They always responded when i had a problem. The owner at that time knew my dad and he was nicest man and would help in any way. Stayed there about 8 years. Only reason I moved was I needed more space. The owner offered to buy another house for me to rent if I didnt like the ones he had. I ended up moving to another house that wasnt one of his and the owner conned me out of a lot of money and then was sending realtors to the house 6 months in. 😡😡 after I was suppose to be rent to own and she had taken thousands from me. Needless to say I wish I had taken him up on his offer and kept renting from them till I was able to buy. If you need a stepping stone in this economy, I would recommend.

I just want to say thank yall! My mom had a home with yall when me and my little brother were kids. She was so happy because it was the only place she could afford on her own to keep us. Here we are years later as adults. :) my brother has just gotten his started home from yall. Me, my significant other and kids have a home with yall now. We have been with yall over a year and as our family grew yalll never hesitated to help us grow into a bigger place. You all come out when ever we have small issues right away and fix them. And from the way i see it is everybody thats ever had complaints about you is because they werent doing something right as tenants and you all hold your ground! Thank yall for the constant work you all to help families!

I was lucky enough to find b and g rentals just over 5 years ago coming out of a homeless living situation as an mhmr client with some mental issues. They have continuously been kind to me and have gone out of their way to respect me though I do struggle from time to time with my mental states. Miss Shawn has been truly wonderful to me personally so I can honestly say that my personal experience with this company had been no less than great and Im appreciative of their ability to handle diverse individuals.

They are very nice people so far & very helpful. Im renting a 2 bdrm for about $1200 a month in the historical district area..very nice & quiet.. no more loud vehicles running thru Seminary Dr. in all hours of the night.

I love this business. They were a big help to me during the COVID-19 high of April, May and June. While everyone else was raising the fees and cost associated with rent, this company stayed consistent in their fees and I was able to get into an apartment in a matter of days, not weeks. I would like to give the staff and the owner my appreciation for being friendly and client observent during that time. Thank you ahian. I would definitely recommend this rental company to anyone looking for an apartment at a reason rate within a reasonable time period..

Once a place opened up for occupancy, and we were able to get in, we had key in hand in less than 2 hours. Newly refurbished floors and carpets, new window a/c units, clean, on inside, large front porch. Good shape for older quadplex. Maintenance quick to respond to problems. Exterior could use some sprucing up.

Its unusual to find a rental agency or landlord who proactively gives back to their community. B&G has provided housing to folks in Fort Worth for many years and actively tries to assist in housing people who need extra assistance finding housing or a second chance. They have single family houses and duplexes/fourplexes routinely available. The only bad thing I can say is that they tend to have not so many vacancies, probably because the tenants stay. Management is great to deal with when it comes to having repairs, which are going to be inevitable when dealing with an older property. They also accept Section 8.
