We hired Allan & Austin Market Realty to help sell our farther’s duplex. It was in need of substantial repairs & we needed help assessing what steps to take to get it sold. Allan was able to pin point a renovation plan, help hire subcontractors & even help with getting it ready! We received several offers which he advised us to pass on & to be patient.In the end, Allan & Austin Market Realty brought us a great offer & much higher than the 1st few & we were able sell our dad’s duplex! I have had excellent experiences with Austin Market Realty. I worked with Allan Griego when we lived in Sweden. We didnt want to sell our Austin house or move our furniture to storage. Allan provided the magic solution. He rented and managed our house, fully furnished the whole time we were away. That gave us more than enough income to pay our rent in Sweden. Since then, Allan has provided answers and advice to me whenever I have any questions relating to real estate. He is service oriented and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

Allan served as our leasing agent initially when I needed help leasing my primary house in Steiner Ranch after I bought a new house. He was able to secure such amazing long term tenants for us that I approached him for another investment property. He then served as my buyer agent and assisted in locating the right property in a good neighborhood that also made positive cash flow with potential equity growth. It truly was like finding a needle in a haystack but he did it. He negotiated terms with the seller and there were some compromise - but in the end, after explaining the process- we were satisfied with the transaction as it was a win-win for all parties. He mentioned several times that if the transaction does not make sense for us (in terms of financing/ interest rate/ rental rates, etc.), we can hit pause. Prior to moving to Austin we had done research that we wanted to live in Steiner Ranch but we weren’t ready to commit to purchasing. The house for lease that we loved was shown by Allan over a quick weekend visit. Allan made the whole process so smooth which was important as we were just visiting.He was quick in getting a response from the landlord and knew so many important answers that we were able to make a decision before we walked out of the house. He and his wife Christina were both available for all the questions to follow. It was such a smooth process.They were the first to welcome us to the neighborhood when we moved in. I can’t say enough about how great it was to work with AMR. They took the stress out of a very stressful situation.

Allan is smart, professional, and he knows his field. My wife and I used Allan to purchase a home in the Austin suburbs (Steiner Ranch.) We looked at many houses with Allan mostly at odd times and with short notice. Allan always got us in to see the house, he was always on time, and he gives really good advice. We bid on two different houses. The first house we bid on we ended up walking away from because the house was over-priced and the Seller did not want to negotiate. The second house we bid on we ended up buying. Allan was there with us through the whole process, advising us and answering our questions. Even when my wife or I did something a little quirky, Allan was patient with us. He did a great job. Allan also has a list of contractors from home inspectors to painters to help his clients. In my opinion, with Allan, you get an attentive and very competent, full service real estate professional. I will use him again buying or selling.

The thought of buying our first home seemed really quite daunting, where do we even begin?! However, from our first meeting with Allan, I knew that we could trust him to provide us with the guidance we would need from start to finish. Our “perfect home” search criteria was very very narrow, including having the perfect pool and a small location radius. Because of Allan’s careful research and knowledge of the market, we were able to make a decision we were confident in a pretty short amount of time and he secured a great purchase price!
