I’ve lived here at Apex (formerly Blanco Crossing) for almost 10 years and my daughter also lived here from 2013-2018. The office staff has always been extremely helpful (with one exception of new staff that came in for a short time in 2017-thank gosh they were not here long!) and my maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly. Our maintenance staff are simply amazing and our manager and office staff are extremely helpful and accommodating especially when I needed some work done in my apartment. I upgraded to a 2 bedroom about 5 years ago and per the usual make ready, my counters were refinished. The person who was contracted to do the work (by previous management) did an absolutely horrible job. Within a month of moving in, the grey finish was coming off revealing the former black countertops underneath. It looked just awful ! I work from home and work ALL the time so refinishing them after move in was impossible due to the fumes and mine and my grandson’s breathing issues. I had a planned trip out of state for a few days and the new management went above and beyond to have the refinishing scheduled for the time that we wouldn’t be here. The workers that did the refinishing did a phenomenal job and even took care to cover and wrap my furniture ! Yes I have a camera and yes I was watching them (haha) and they were extremely professional and my new white countertops look amazing ! I also love the valet trash service offered, my fenced in patio as well as the balcony off of my bedroom. Also the 2 bedrooms here are bi-level and huge ! I lucked out when I upgraded and was able to move in to my daughter’s former apartment, so my grandson who now lives with me even has his old bedroom back ! I HIGHLY recommend Apex Apartments and I personally plan on continuing to remain a resident here for a very long time.

Apex has been a great home for me and my family. Very respectful people up front and honest. They work with you if you have problems. They are also fast on maintenance calls. Love the place and would definitely refer people here

Of all of the places I have lived in San Antonio since i moved here I can honestly say that Apex is the first one that truly feels like home to me.While it is a bit of an older complex it has been well maintained and though issues can sometimes arise from time to time (as with any building), the maintenance staff is very fast and capable. They have resolved any issues I have had since living here within 1-2 business days of me submitting a ticket.Despite its close proximity to Blanco (a major road) road noise and traffic in the complex is minimal. This is largely thanks to the fact that the complex is on a side street, rather than directly off Blanco, and the large number of trees that fill the complex.Speaking of which, all of the trees in the complex help increase a sense of privacy and cut down noise as well as add a sense of natural beauty to the complex. This combined with the proximity to Hardberger park has made Apex an ideal complex for me as someone who likes to get outside and regularly goes on walks, runs, and bike rides in the park and Salado Creek Greenway.Ultimately, I have found Apex to be a wonderful, peaceful, and beautiful community to be a part of, and I am happy to have found a home here. The only real complaint I have is that I would love to see the gym, which I use almost daily, better equipped. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to live, close enough to be convenient to everything, but set just off the path enough to be peaceful and verdant, I would recommend seriously considering Apex.

My time with Apex apartments was really good. Never wanted to leave ! Any grievance I had that was fixable, they addressed & took care of it. All the front office staff was great! Thank you guys for always being so kind! …maintenance staff, you guys always broke my personal stuff! Never understood why. So my experience with them.. not great! Aside from that, honestly everything was good. Do I recommend… most definitely!! If I ever move back I’d definitely come back to this place

Some nice things have been happening over the last few months. I needed repairs for quite some time and they finally got fixed with the new Manager Kelly. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss my concerns and then scheduled my repairs. I am loving my apartment and the customer service that was given to me. I am also happy to see the activities that are happening, drawings, food trucks give aways. I plan on renewing my lease.

I have recently moved in and I am very happy with the decision I’ve made. The application process was easy with the management team we have. Esmeralda and Tina are amazing with assisting you every step of the way and making sure they can accommodate to everything you are looking for in a apartment. Shoutout to our maintenance staff who assists with the requests in a short matter of time and makes the tenants needs a priority. And the best part of this complex is all the residents are quiet and respectful of each other’s privacy here at Apex. Can’t say that about many places. I look forward to enjoying my time here.

My husband and I are newers residents to Apex and thus far have had a decent experience. Moving in, we did have to change units due to an issue with my first unit, and the new unit does have minor repair issues, but overall we are quite happy.The staff, especially Ms. Misty, are so friendly and helpful. Any urgent issue we have had has been handled professionally and swiftly.

Living here was amazing! My roomie and I would have stayed indefinitely, but due to the renovations, upgrading to a needed 2-bed was out of our budget. The office staff was always courteous and genuine, and the maintenance was FAST! The manager Tina went above and beyond when I forgot to sign our month-to-month notice and allowed us to stay two extra weeks in order to get our move-out affairs in order despite already having leased the apartment to someone else. She totally didnt have to do that, but it goes to show you that the team at Apex really cares about you. Depending on where in the complex you live parking can be a little sparse if you work late and come home past 1AM but the amazing attention to residence needs/comfort made up for it and then some. It is a very quiet complex.. nobody acting stupid, and the grounds and amenities are kept in good shape at all times. I will definitely miss that complex, and will probably move back one day when I finish school and land a better-paying job.

The staff has been doing a phenomenal job at keeping me happy. Any problem I’ve had since move in has been made a priority into making things right and has been dealt with quickly.My ac went out in the middle of the night and the maintenance crew came out after hours to work on the acWhen they weren’t able to fix right away they brought me a portable ac unit to work in progress, till they were able to come fix the ac the next morning during daylight hours.Juan, hector are two of the maintenance guys and are doing great work!Joni at the front desk is a blessing and will help with any and every question that is thrown there wayOverall so far it’s been a great community of easy going and quiet neighbors

This complex is amazing, before we even moved in the other occupants were very warm and welcoming letting us know how much they love it there. The application process was quick and seamless, and paperwork didn’t take long at all. We had the weekend to move in, and it went great. The updated townhomes are incredible, the appliances are all updated and great. We have a small backyard which is perfect for the days we don’t have time to walk the pups, they can just use the yard. The amount of space we have is perfect being we have a little one as well.My favorite part is the gym, they have all the bells and whistles, and it has a real gym feel to it. What pulls it all together is the welcoming staff and management, this truly feels like home.

Im approaching a year at this complex. I love its location and amenities. We are in the middle of a mgmt change and Lincoln properties are doing what they can to transform this place that had been neglected by previous mgmt. I feel confident it will be even better than before once all the remodeling and renovations are complete. Change is always difficult, but I believe they are on the right track. I love the size of my 1 bedroom and the extra large patio. Being walking distance to hardberger park and everything within 15 mins is a bonus. Only negative I have is the gate keeps getting left open. I think criminals are tampering with it as theyve fixed it several times. I would like to see cameras added to front entrance to see if this could solve this problem. Otherwise, its a great place to live and the residents are really friendly. Cant wait till all the construction is done! The caterpillar will become the butterfly!

Just had a fantastic maintenance experience with Izzy! He came to fix a rattle in my ac, took it upon himself to change the filter and clean the vent. While he was here, I remembered an issue with my water heater and he didnt hesitate to look at it. He cleaned up after himself, was knowledgeable and thorough and extremely professional and polite. Izzy is a great addition to the Apex team! I have never had a negative interaction with any of the staff at Apex. Tina and Martha are kind and good at what they do. I look forward to renewing my lease here in the summer!

After a long day of searching for an apartment I saved the best for last and came across the modern Apex apartments. Johni is the nicest at making you feel welcomed and is great at explaining any questions and details you’d like to know. During my application if I had any questions she was always a call away specifically the number on their website. I’m excited for this is an upgrade compared to my last lease. After reading all these reviews I’m sure there’s no problem I can’t handle being a handy man myself. I have a old stackable washing machine and I’m so glad to finally find a place that can accommodate to my bulky burden of a washer and dryer lol. It’s outside which means I won’t have to hear it when I wash and dry. I’m even more excited with their gym which has all the equipment to get swole (finally found a apartment with a bench for that chest work). I love the curb appeal and all the sound proof windows. I’m glad the apartments are in a low traffic area which in my opinion means less people entering the complex who have no business there. I’m proud and excited to move in soon and be apart of the APEX community. ❤️

Im Looking for a 3 bedroom place. Went to this location and was presently greeted by Esmeralda. She answered all my questions and made me feel like my family and my belongings would be comfortable and safe. During the tour, employees followed strict rules for health safety. So I had no worries about their cleanliness. Or the environments sanitation. Thank you for the great experience.

Ive had a positive experience living at Apex for the most part. Yes, Ive had small issues here and there that were out of the maintenance guys control and I understand that. That is where the manager shouldve stepped in but Im not here to talk about her. Im here to rave about how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Hector Manzo Zurita the maintenance guy is. Hes very knowledgeable, amazing at what he does, ALWAYS there when you need something fixed or any issues arise at any moment of any day. Ive never lived at any complex where anyone would do that. My experience is VERY pleasant living there knowing I can rely on him if I need to. Yes, some of the other guys are good too. VERY professional ALL of them.

Such a great experience I had while she was here, definitely placing Apex at the top all because of Kelly! She gets things done when requested. I was never disappointed with her. Hello google viewers. My roommate and I are looking for a new apartment and this happened to be one of the locations we checked out. On Friday June 22nd we stopped in, the young woman that was there was very nice answering our questions, sadly I did not catch her name. The two sizes of apartments we saw were clean and very spacious. Sadly I will not be looking in to moving in to this location due to it being a bit out of my budget. However my roommate may give them a second look but I dont know yet. I actually really wish they were in my price range as it would be very comfortable to live here I think. I would certainly recommend viewing the place and enjoying the company of the ladies in the office.

I’m on a short lease here and I absolutely love it and I’ve only been here a week or so. It’s all you need if you’re planning on living on your own, clean nice floors, connection for wifi and they offer useful help when it comes to cleaning your apartment and package claims. Super nice staff, safe area. 10/10

I just moved in here recently, and it wasnt easy for me to find a place! I had given up hope, especially with the pandemic happening and everything being shut down. But here I am, all thanks to Esmeralda! She did it so fast and got me the move in specials I needed, picked the perfect size apartment for me, somehow she knew I needed 1st floor also! She pulled some major strings for me to move in here, the first day we talked! I was living in a hotel that I could no longer afford, and she understood that and left me my keys, inside my apartment and said I could move in that day! I cried, because nobody else could manage to do this for me, despite searching for weeks!The only reason Im not giving a 5 star rating is because the valet trash doesnt pick up like theyre supposed too and had to take 3 bags to the dumpster myself, and whomever lives above me is going to fall through my ceiling soon! Theyre so loud, I hear every single thing they do, all day long! I was a fraid a few times ,thought they fell down and got hurt! Theyre SOOOOO loud! Other than those 2 things, this is the best experience Ive ever had in getting an apartment!Oh, I did it all online as well!So thank you, Esmerelda, youre the best!And thank you Apex for approving me to live here!

Quiet neighborhood, double windows makes it so you can’t hear planes 😍 right by the dog park. Only had to call maintenance once and he was out so fast! Tina is amazing, ups didn’t deliver to the office like I asked, I called and she went to go grab it. They definitely care 😍

Nice environment, Affordable , Whenever there is a problem the office makes sure it’s gets done as soon as possible, Jose one of the maintenance staff is very helpful and his work shows for it . Haven’t had any major problems but when I’ve had never had any trouble them coming out to get it looked at and worked on thank you to the office staff and maintenance here
