Reading all the reviews from others on here. None of it is true if its negative. These people go above and beyond to make sure if it is in their power to help you. They will do their very best. Sometimes their hands are tied because of the owners of your property. They are a leasing agents for the owners of the property. Rented with this company for almost 7 years. Never has there been an employee named Jennifer. I believe they are most of the times fair and honest. The manager has always been good to us. If youre looking for a place to call home. Look no further than Alpha Omega Properties!!

So far our experience has been great. We were able to get into a great rental duplex in the area we wanted and the staff have been great! No experiences with having to file a maintenance request yet so if/when that happens I will probably update that.The location seems convenient though it is easy to miss if you arent paying attention.

My fiancé and I stayed at 1106 Milner, CS, TX. It was the best experience I had while renting a house/apt during my tenure in College Station. Our house was petite, however well maintained, great location right next to campus and two parks, and had a huge yard for our two dogs. Sandra and Tamra were excellent to work with, and very kind and personable. All our maintenance requests were answered and fixed in a very acceptable time frame. I would highly recommend renting from this company.

Rented from these folks for 4 years. Theyre great. Fix stuff promptly (very quickly if its important), dont nickel and dime you with tons of fees (also got full deposit back), have extremely low staff turnover so youre likely to always interact with the same (wonderful & helpful) person if you so choose. Would recommend, and wouldnt have moved out if Id found a good roommate.

Great customers service overall! I lived at 309 Mobile Ave and had a great time at that location and was in a nice, quiet walking area. You have a nice sense of privacy and is close to everything you need. Management was very helpful, when I lost my key they were able to make a copy in shop for me. By the time I drove to them the key was ready for me! Just the customers service you always wanted!

By far the best experience I have had with a property management group in College Station. The staff is professional, friendly, caring, and attentive. I am highly pleased with their apartment search services, maintenance and payment system. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to rent in the area!

Have always been responsive and quick on maintenance requests. Sandra at the front office has always been very helpful. Rented here a year and have no complaints! Just don’t make unnecessary maintenance requests-those you will be charged for.

Rented with this company for a full year, had a few issues come up regarding maintenance, every time, the issues were quickly resolved. Prompt responsiveness goes a far way. Deposit was dealt with in a fair manner. Highly recommend.

Our landlord recently hired AOP to manage his fourplexes. This transition happened at a time when my husband and I were actually needing to get a subleaser since were about to move to Houston. Dealing with new managers during a time like that could have easily been a disaster, but AOP worked with us through the process to make moving easier! They were very kind and helpful all along the way! Great people!

I would definitely recommend Alpha Omega, the first company our fourplex went through was extremely unprofessional and rude. As soon as AOP took over it all changed they are always super sweet and understanding. Also, they answer service request within the week which I really appreciate. Give them a chance and they won’t let you down!!

Ill be with them for a year this upcoming July and I couldnt be happier theyve been super supportive of me and my wife are newly Weds. They have a lot of properties to chose from. I recommend you go meet them theyre as friendly as it gets.
