    Destiny was Awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and concerns about the property. She has a very warm and friendly attitude. The property is very wellmaintained, and the views will blow you away. I will be referring all of my friends here!

    Edit: I contacted them today and the new management company is nice and very responsive! I don’t know about the result yet but, still, it feels nicer :)Bad place to live. Elevators, water outage, cockroaches (catched 7 today, still there even after pest control), air conditioner outage, unkind manager (they changed the manager so idk about now). the only good thing is destiny which is why im giving a star. if you look at my review history i only rate when i want to give a five star. but this apartment was so bad.

    After touring many apartments within Austin that will be close to campus, 21 Rio seems to be the best fit. With its amenities , and convenient location, You cannot beat the prices. Looking forward to my stay here at 21 Rio!

    21Rio is a beautiful property I called to get information and the staff was absolutely amazing. Answered every question I had, I will be taking a tour of the property after the Christmas holidays. I am looking forward to my new home at 21 Rio in Austin, Texas.

    I just moved into 21 Rio and i am loving it so far! The leasing team has been really fun and helpful with my move in and set up. I really love the gym and the amenities! I signed with one of my roommates and we really love it. Its walking distance to UT and that has been awesome. Would highly recommend!

    This is my first ever apartment and I am in love with it! You really can’t beat the view from the balconies or the spacious floor plans!

    This apartment building is good. The price for a 2x2 was better than surrounding places, and the staff is really friendly. The renewal option and process was a great option too. I didnt have to move out at any point!

    I like staying at 21 Rio, I am obsessed with the view! The management is also pretty nice. The only thing I find annoying is when the elevators are not working for a certain period of time.

    I love 21 Rio! The property and amenities are so nice. The parking garage is a life saver with the assigned spots. Every maintenance worker I have come in contact with has been SO nice and quickly resolves the issue. It can take management quite some time to respond but they are super nice and willing to help.

    I’ve had a great experience living at 21Rio so far. The amenities are great and management is constantly hosting things for residents. Lazaro has especially been very helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve had during my time here.

    I loved living at 21 Rio. I’ve only lived here for a year, but the office staff is always super friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is convenient to campus, and there is plenty of garage parking. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets are spacious, and the noise level is very minimal. I’ve really enjoyed my time here!

    Management has changed radically since I first moved in and they are doing a much better job. Current management is willing to work with residents in a number of situations and help you get what you need. Issues such as long waits for the elevator still exist, just as almost every other place in West Campus. Definitely will miss this place after graduation.

    I had a great experience during the leasing process with 21 Rio, especially working with their leasing manager, Rico. He was always eager to help, quick to respond to questions, and very reasonable, which can be harder to find in West Campus than one would hope. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they have limited availability of some of their floor plans, particularly ones where every bedroom has a window, which is pretty necessary considering fire safety. However, they are also extremely flexible with finding a plan that works for you or your group, and I really appreciated their effort to find us the best solution.

    I lived here for 2 years and liked it a lot. It was the only high rise in west campus when I went to UT, so I cant compare it to the newer ones, but the views were great and it was very convenient to campus.I recommend the southwest corner (plan S) because it is the only 2/2 where both bedrooms have windows and it is the only plan that has floor-to-ceiling windows, which make the view much more dramatic. The view of downtown is cool at night, but the view of the hill country was my favorite.The major negative was that the power and water went out for days a couple of times while I lived here and it was awful each time. That said, they shut both off and re-worked the entire system during my last year here, which was very inconvenient for me, but seemed to fix it for you. Youre welcome.

    Lived here for a summer, the units are nice and there was always workers cleaning the common areas.Although I didnt live there long, the only complaints I had were people running/talking loudly in the halls or waiting for me to use my key to use the elevator. Mildly annoying: the constant pop music playing in the lobby.

    Nice complexpros- Luxury all around, clean, good management and prompt repairs if you need something done to your residence. You get what you pay for.cons- charged me $65 a month to park my Mercedes but hey this place is meant if you have some extra $$ so if you got it pay it. Your rent will most likely start at $900.

    I love having a view of West Campus, and now my roommate and I have enough space to avoid driving each other crazy. The saltwater pool is nice, but the privacy and space are definitely the best parts about this move.

    Student residence, comfortable apartments a few steps from UT, you can share your apartment or rent one for yourself. Good alternative if you are going to study in Austin
