We recently closed our house in Lexington County, our project manager was Greg Fischer. Floor plans offered by Landon Homes are probably one of the best I have seen in DFW area. We are truly blessed to have someone like Greg as our builder. Greg is probably the best builder that you could get from Landon Homes. He is very calm, easily approachable and doesn’t panic. I like his communication style a lot - short, quick & conclusive. He is definitely a benchmark for other project mangers. He finished our house on-time even though we had to go through lots of speed bumps. I think he is an expert at managing his building resources. If you are building a house with Landon Homes, request for Greg Fischer to build your house, you won’t regret it!

My experience with JR Landon has been very good. I signed up with them mid last year and moved into couple of months back. Based on online reviews was very skeptical but Elmer, Christina and John Hill helped us all through providing a 5 star experience. I am providing only 4 because, I believe they could use premium materials (like argon gas windows, stainless steel rods/towel holders) and charge the customer rather than not providing those options
