I absolutely love living in Homestead at Old Settlers Park! The location is amazing—right next to Old Settlers Park, so I have easy access to trails, sports fields, and outdoor activities. It’s also super convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, making everyday errands a breeze.The builder did a fantastic job with well-designed, modern homes that feel spacious and high-quality. The community itself is peaceful, well-maintained, and has a great neighborhood feel.If you’re looking for a beautiful home in a prime location with great amenities, I highly recommend checking out Homestead at Old Settlers Park!

They are first come first serve, you need to submit your application on a specific day so they create a priority list group and they call you based on the list.But they are increasing prices left and right, you are endup paying almost like a bidding.I am new to austin not sure how good is the area.
