I’m not sure how many people I’ve helped buy homes in Barton Creek Ranch but it’s a lot! The homes are beautiful, and pricing is affordable so clients are able to add in lots of upgrades to make their dream home! There is a Texas shaped pool in the works which I can’t wait to see! Sara Pletan is the sales counselor I work with most and is absolutely incredible! Of all the sales counselors I’ve worked with, she cares more for her customers than any I’ve ever met. She goes out of her way to get the customer in their home on time. She met a semi at the job site at midnight once to get the brick in time so we could get them into their home! Just unheard of service!

Our family absolutely loves our Briarwood Home. Sara was incredible to work with from the beginning of the new home process and was very helpful in all our areas of concern. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, which meant the world to us. From start to finish, it was an incredible experience. After looking at several communities in the area, you simply cannot find this quality of home for this price anywhere else.

My husband and I chose to build with Long Lake/Lake Ridge Builders after looking at new homes for over a year. We stopped by their model home and our experience was like no other. There was zero pressure. Long Lake is very proud of our Military and First Reponders and that was one of the many things that attracted us. We asked questions about lot sizes and upgrades. All of things we wanted in our home Long Lake offered, they were the first to give us so many options. And that was exactly what we were looking for. Sara made our our entire process so smooth and stress free. From the time that we decided to build with Long Lake, Sara has been there for us. Any time of day or night, she was always willing to answer our questions. We received weekly updates on the progress of our home that included pictures. I also met Greg, the Superintendent, during our walk through before closing. Greg was very helpful and went through each room with me as we marked the home for touch ups. He was finding things that I didnt see and was quick to explain what he saw and assured me it would all be fixed in time for closing. All of these things were minor mostly paint touch ups. But it was nice to see Greg making sure that his homes are in perfect condition before the keys are handed over to his customers. Our home is beautiful and if I had to do it all over again, I would. We love our home and the community we live in!!

I love everything about my briarwood home plus the heroes they honor here is top notch. Sara hooked me up and took care of me, she explained everything I ever had questions with. From the minute we visited the gorgeous model home we felt at home and knew we wanted to live here!! Their sales representative Sara was very helpful and answered any and every question we had!!! Once we went under contract she went above and beyond to keep us informed on the status of our home! Communication is definitely a big plus on our books and they’re great about that here!
