WELL worth the money and still MUCH cheaper than a 3% commission. Gary was great and so were all his associates that helped along the way. My husband and I wanted to sell a property and I started searching the Internet for a site where we could list it in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), but to be able to be sold directly by owner, paying a minimum fee. I found the website and from there we were transferred to My Castle Realty, with Gary and Pernia as our contacts. At first, we were very apprehensive about how this would work, and I told these Realtors that I only wanted the house listed on the MLS and I would take care of the rest. With the passing of a few weeks, we took the house off the market to do some extra repairs, and we re-listed it with My Castle Realty again, but thinking things through, we decided to take their package that includes advice and representation by the Listing Agent. This deal worked very well. We got to trust these agents and the dealings with them became very good. Pernia turned out to be a soft-spoken lady, intelligent and always ready to give a wise and correct answer to all our questions. She understood us and was able to see beyond our views. She advised us and helped us a lot, and I thank her millions of times for exceeding our expectations. I did not contact other agents in this Realty, so I do not know about their behaviors; but with complete sincerity, I highly recommend Gary and Pernia for their professionalism, integrity and great service.
