Me and my wife are first-time home buyers and we can not say enough great things about Ray!We could not have asked for a better realtor and first-time experience.We were moving to San Antonio from Arizona and had a very limited time-frame to look for and purchase a home.We flew to SA for a couple days and Ray was willing to spend the entire time all day every day touring homes with us. We probably saw 40 homes in 2 days and he even said “that was record”.He treated us like a priority during the entire process and was very knowledgeable, clearly an expert in the real estate business.He has SO MANY connections also whether it’s lender, title, home warranty, contractor, other trades ETC! Literally anything you may need he will be on the phone two seconds later with one of his connections on “speed dial”.He is very on top of everything and is excellent at communicating with the other agent and lender to make sure everything is running on time.He is not afraid to hold them to the fire, whatever it takes to get the job done.We cannot recommend Ray enough, he has earned our business for all future San Antonio real estate needs and he 100% deserves your business. We had the pleasure of working with Ray while locating and purchasing our new home in San Antonio! Ray is a true gentleman in every regard, but is also the most knowledgeable, communicative, and hard working realtor I have ever worked with in my long life and over 10 properties Ive bought and sold. I truly cant imagine another realtor that could match his excellent service, sage advise, and complete attention! He worked with us for months to find the perfect home for my family and I. He fought hard to make sure we won in a multi offer scenario...even while using my VA benefits through a VA loan. His service does not stop at the closing, he has reached out repeatedly to make sure we are completely satisfied, giving us advice on tax appraisal, and homesteading without my requests for this info...but this info was appreciated and very helpful. It was certainly five stars, but Ray certainly deserves ten!!!First, he is a professional but if you add competent and kind to the equation you have the perfect combination. He helped us all the time and made us feel greatly confident even though we were extremely far from the site of the deal and moreover he always put our interests before the ones of the seller.We strongly an undoubtedly recommend Ray, and we hope that we can make a new deal soon and if it is the case, we will not hesitate in doing it with him.

Ray was awesome. my wife and I pride ourselves on being really hands on with everything we do, but ray was always 1 step ahead. every question or concern, he was on it no hesitations.
