But it is a downside to it, make sure your attorney look and read every before you sign, make sure you get all of your money up front, its hindos working in the main office they are friendly to american people in a lot of cases, i never got all of my money and now they hiding, its been two years and the house is still in my name the notes are late the hoa is not getting paid, they have help me in s lot of ways snd i thank them for that but the deal is not done and they sre hiding from me and when i call the off the hindos sre very nasty
