We had a great experience listing our house with Jason. Jason took a very thoughtful and data driven approach to determining a list price. He didn’t just throw the house on MLS but did a good deal of outbound to generate interest in our open houses. In 2006, as I was transitioning from bachelorhood in to married life, Jason helped me sell my “bachelor pad” and additionally helped me find my first “young couple” house. As our family grew, we needed more space and in 2010, Jason helped us sell that house and find our current “family house”. When we become empty nesters, Jason will help us sell our current house and locate our perfect “empty nest house”. Austin is loaded with Real Estate Agents and I am glad to report that Jason is so much more than a Real Estate Agent. Buying/selling a home is a huge deal and having someone you can trust with really good market expertise can turn a stressful situation into pretty smooth sailing. We had worked with another agent who pressured us to offer more on a house than we thought it was worth; when we started working with Jason, it was clear that he puts his clients ahead of his commission. He was very helpful during the escrow period, coming by at the drop of a hat whenever we needed. Finding the right buyer and successfully negotiating with them so we met our financial goals would be reasons enough for us to use Jason again or recommend him to others. Jason is an outstanding realtor and person whom we recommend most highly. He helped my husband and I through the challenging process of buying our first home. At the start, we really didnt know what we wanted or where to look and Jason was extremely patient and thoughtful as we tried to make decisions. He drove us around neighborhoods and joined us at open houses to help us understand what we were really looking for.Jason was also extremely good at helping us understand the financial implications of various homes and the technical/legal language of home-buying that was unfamiliar to us. He even sat us down to walk through a contract ahead of time so we understood all of the fine print.
