Carmen and TerrenceThis dynamic and well informed duo are like angels without wings! The journey to house ownership was a bit lengthy but at no point did I feel abandoned. These destiny helpers made themselves available everytime I called/texted and simplified the complicated matters for me, and trust me when I say I asked a thousand questions! It should also be noted that I had to shop for my home online, so I never physically got to view the house before closing. Carmen videoed multiple walkthroughs, FaceTimed me and sent a ton of pictures so I could be and feel like a part of the whole process, though I was not physically there. They were just on top of everything. When I got the house they ensured I was settled and that I had all the necessary information at hand to make my transition easy! My family and I are forever grateful for your genuine care and kindness. May heaven continue to smile favorably on you and yours!
