Let me start by saying that Ive never encountered the real estate agent like Rebecca Williamson. Superlative would be an understatement.But I think what stands out to me the most, is that she is not really trying to sell you anything… More acting as a consultant or expert who you can lean on for legitimate knowledge and accurate opinions.I came in last year from out of town to purchase a couple of investment properties in Austin. I had purchased some investment properties in the past, so I had some idea of what I was doing… This made Rebeccas performance even more impressive to me.We looked at a million houses in a short time, she had a real understanding of the area, and when we got into contract she was absolutely great during the transactions.Again, it just sounds corny, but I have never encountered anybody this good in real estate as an agent… I feel extremely fortunate to have found her and to have benefited from her help. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family, and anyone for that matter who is seeking top-quality representation.

When we decided to sell our home in Austin we were very fortunate to stumble across Rebecca Williamson and her team. From the beginning we stressed how communication was key especially since we did not reside in Austin. Rebecca took the time to educate us on the process of home selling and did not sugar coat any details. She was open and honest the entire step of the way and always found the time to communicate with us. I believe their take on Marketing sets them apart from any other Realty team in Austin. Pictures are taken seriously and they have associated themselves with a fantastic photographer that really highlights everything you want to advertise in a home you are trying to sell. Eleven Oak Realty is the best!! The whole experience dealing with Rebecca was amazing. We were frightened to say the least about buying a house, but they made it all seem easy and as stress free as possible. I felt like we were actually being taken care of because they truly wanted to help us, rather than just to collect a paycheck!! The personalized service was beyond anything we would have imagined; even after the sale she was available to answer questions and welcomed us to our home with our first bit of supplies. We felt totally comfortable giving feedback about homes we did not like and she was incredible about taking that feedback and finding better options for us. Overall it was the best first home buying situation we could have ever imagined.

I am a first time home buyer and I cannot even remember how I lucked into finding Rebecca and the Eleven Oaks team. I think it was a Google search, but whatever way it was I am extremely glad I found them. Rebecca made my move from Utah to Texas so much better. She was ready to work with me to see houses on the weekend I could get down here. Rebecca and Chris were in constant contact with me, keeping me updated on everything that was going on and answering any questions I had. If not for Rebecca, I would have gone crazy there at the end. She handled communication with the seller, the title company, and my mortgage broker. I cannot stress how much I truly appreciate Eleven Oaks Realty and all that they have done for me!

Rebecca helped us tremendously with our first home buying experience and she made finding and purchasing our home simple (as home buying can be). She was always available to answer any questions we had (and have still!).When we first started looking, we didnt really know what we wanted. Location was pretty much half of Austin and our price range was similarly undefined. She was extremely patient with us and slowly helped us narrow our search. Over time, she scheduled and arranged visits to various homes we found throughout the months, visiting them with us to hear (and make note of) our feedback and provide input on various things.Eventually we found a house we liked and Rebecca not only helped us place an offer, get it inspected, etc. But she was right there with us each time we needed to meet with someone she scheduled (inspector, builder, builders agent, etc.), right down to the final closing meeting.When were looking for a house again (or selling), shell be getting a phone call from us.

I completely lucked out by finding Chris and Rebecca when searching for a home in Austin. I was living in New York City and wasnt quite sure what neighborhoods I could afford or what I even wanted to be honest. While I was in New York, Rebecca and Chris took the time to video houses and edit them and send them to me via email so that I could virtually look at the homes and bid on them from thousands of miles away. They were both very knowledgeable, give great unbiased advice, and will not pressure you into making any decisions. I spent over 2 years looking for the right house and Rebecca gladly looked at and took video aofover 20-30 houses for me.When I finally got an offer accepted, Rebecca made the process a breeze and walked me through all the paperwork step by step. The process was completely smooth and she is not afraid to stand up for you in the negotiation process. If Im ever in the market again, I plan on using them and highly recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to buy in Austin.On another note, I was highly impressed with the technology capabilities of Rebecca and Chris. They did everything for me digitally so there was never a ton of paperwork to deal with. For me thats a great plus. You cant go wrong with them.

The Dream Home Realty Group was more than I could ask for! As first time home buyers, we had very little knowledge of the process, but Rebecca, Raymond, and Chris really took the time to educate us every step of the way. They stayed on top of all the minute details for us, while keeping us informed at the same time. They pretty much took care of everything! I have heard people referring to buying a home as a stressful event, but this experience has made home buying seem like a cake walk. I feel lucky that I was able to find them for our first home purchase. I cannot recommend them enough, and will definitely be using the Dream Home Realty Group again when its time to buy a new house.
