Dallas helped us to organize the sale of our house. He let us know of all repairs that would help us maximize our profits and put us in touch with the contractors to do it.This is the second time we have done business with Dallas, and we highly recommend him. If we ever do business in that area again, his team will be our go-to.

When I decided I didn’t want to retire in my current home we visited with Dallas. I didn’t know if I wanted to build, or buy an existing home. Dallas graciously showed us homes even ones that he knew we would not like but I wanted to see anyway! He said you will know when you see it. He readily answered my ‘I haven’t done this in 37 years’ questions. We decided to buy land. Then came the ‘put our house on the market time’ another scary time for me. He knows his stuff! I hope I don’t have to do this again but if I did hands down no questions I would pick Dallas as my agent!!
