Elevate is fantastic and has a stellar reputation. Senior associate Salim Hajjar handled the leasing of my commercial space located at 2124 E. 6th St, and Im extremely satisfied with how it all went and the end result of securing an excellent tenant at a monthly rate that exceeded my expectations without having to deal with TI allowances or really any landlord concessions.Throughout the process, Salim was very communicative and transparent. He suggested some creative ideas to structure the lease that helped me get a true 360 degree view of my best options. Salim has a thorough understanding of the ins and outs of the lease contract, and hell only continue to get better and better. On top of that, hes a genuinely good guy who is gifted at connecting with pretty much anyone and everyone.
