Frank has been absolutely amazing during our home search. We met him three years ago when we were tossing around the idea of moving to the Bryan/College Station area (from out of state) after our first son started to attend Texas A&M. Even though he knew we weren’t ready to buy yet he showed us around the area and gave us very helpful information. He spent the entire day bringing us to various neighborhoods. Each time we came to visit the area he would show us a different area. We finally moved down and Frank went above and beyond with helping us find our home. He was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted. We moved into our new home last month and Frank made sure all went smoothly every step of the way. We highly recommend.

Frank Szymczak is my agent, and Frank did a great job of communicating information to me that helped me understand the local College Station market. Frank helped us find a great property and walked with us through numerous issues with our lender through closing. He even helped us with logistics related to getting things set up after the sale, as we live out of town.
