Poor customer service, asked to have owner or manager call me, never did. Also beware that they will charge you based on market value reduction instead of actual tax savings. For example, if you have large exemptions which reduce or eliminate taxes, they wonβt take that into account.EDIT comment: I decided to update my review rating above, after talking to Jen who said they did not get my request to call. She obviously cared about customer satisfaction so I am willing to chalk this up to miscommunication. My warning to people who has large exemptions stands, in some cases you could owe them fees without getting actual tax reduction. -
