I wholeheartedly recommend Shea from the Bay City office. His professional demeanor, recommendations, and negotiation skills were instrumental in securing a favorable outcome in our mineral rights bargaining with a large solar farm project in Texas.We are from Oregon and had no clue on how to proceed with the initial offer letter we received (other than knowing we were being low balled). The local law office is so easy and convenient to access in Fulshear. I did not have to drive miles to the office. Ray and Denise were very easy to work with through the probating of my mothers will and helping me draw up a will for myself. They did not over charge or throw unexpected charges at me. I was told upfront and when things change due to the circumstances, I was informed and given the option to move forward or not. I appreciate all of their help and flexibility as the probation process unfolded.

I was extremely distraught with a property settlement with a property issue with a family member. Mr Kerlick listened to my situation and advised me on all of my options. I told him I just wanted it resolved as quickly as possible because it was affecting my health. He asked for a retainer and even though it was a hefty amount, I knew I wanted it to be done. Well it was handled professionally and fairly quickly and I received over half of my retainer back. That speech volumes for their ethics and how fair they treat their clients. The support staff was courteous and always staying on top of the issues. I highly rate this law firm.
