    Our sole work truck (on which our business is dependent) was wrecked in early January 2024 and the body shop we used for repairs gave us excuse after excuse (no parts) as to why it couldnt be repaired. At the end of AUGUST 2024 -- 8 months! -- we enlisted the help of Silberman Law Firm. They sent a letter that generated a response from the COO of the body shop within 24 hours, stating that they had a plan to complete repairs by the end of September. Lo and behold, we got our truck back within the time frame as promised. Throughout the process, Silberman Law Firm was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. I only wish I had contacted them MUCH sooner. If youre in a bad situation, hoping it will resolve itself or that the other party will act in good faith, I would recommend not waiting and letting the pros handle it.

    I needed legal advice on a private matter and had tried for two weeks to set up an appointment with another firm that had been recommended to me. After five attempts to get a call back I called Silberman and was able to speak with Phillip on my first call. He was very concise with his questions and navigated me through my case and determined on the line that I would not need his services and no legal actions were required. This saved me $4000. I would certainly recommend that if you need legal advice that you give them a call for a fair and honest answer.

    We had a recently completed remodel. Contractor is fully paid but subcontractors are not. Subcontractors are saying they would put lien to our house. The contractor said they couldnt do that. Also I had to make a bad Google review to our contractor and I got irate text messages. I email Silberman law firm one night and the following day I got a call from a lawyer (David Austin Black). He answered all of my questions. Its quite confusing when you hear conflicting information from different people and its frustrating to Google as I need answers on my specific questions. He provided me options of what I could do should the situation deteriorate and it really gave me a peace of mind knowing things straight from someone who knows Texas law. Really thank you!

    I would like to share my experience with the Silberman Law Firm. I purchased a piece of commercial property from a close friends widow. Id known of the property for years, and knew my friend owed no money on it, so I just had someone do a cursory title search on it so the transaction could take place quickly. Later, as I preparing to sell the property, an oddball lien showed up, which involved no outstanding debt, yet clouded the title where no one would insure it. After speaking with one real estate attorney who hemmed and hawed, I found the Silberman Firm. Phil Silberman told me the options we had, that could achieve my goal. He hooked me up with Chris Quillin in their Dallas office, and from day one I knew that I was in good hands! Chris was also extremely knowledgeable, and constantly kept me updated as he progressed through the steps to get my title cleared of the cloud, which he did, indeed do.
