David Showalter represented our church in an eminent domain case with TXDot and we were very pleased with the outcome. His experience in eminent domain caused to us to get a much bigger settlement than we would have on our own. He only gets paid if he is able to obtain a bigger settlement than TxDots first offer to the landowner, so he earns his fee andgets you a larger settlement than you would have gotten on your own.
