I highly recommend James Moss if you have a legal issue that you need an honest opinion about. I called Mr. Moss about suing a guy who had taken a piece of towing equipment to sell on consignment for us and had not paid up. Mr. Moss informed me that we had a good case and that we would probably win it. I told him that I was concerned that even if we won the case, we might never get any money out of it. I said that I was worried about throwing good money after bad and that I didnt want to proceed unless there was a high probability that we would actually get what was due us. Mr. Moss could have encouraged me to go through with it, since he would make his fee either way. However, he was very honest with me and told me that there was a good chance that we would never get a cent even if we won. Of course, I was disappointed that the answer wasnt more positive. In the end, I decided not to pursue the matter through the courts. But I cannot praise Mr. Moss honesty and integrity highly enough!

Let me start by saying Mr. Moss and his team are beyond excellent! We had one minor charge and two very serious charges pending and I was in need of the best criminal defense attorney in the area. Because he was a former local prosecutor and his many years experience, I knew he was most suited to handle our case. Within six weeks, Mr. Moss was able to get ALL charges dropped!! He and his team gave our family our life back! I highly recommend him if youre in need of criminal defense attorney!
