    This law firm is top notch! I highly recommend them. My wife and I recently had our estate planning documents updated by Virginia Hammerle and her team. Virginia was extremely knowledgeable, provided excellent estate planning recommendations, took the time to really get to know me and she hit all her promised deadlines. Her team is also knowledgeable, friendly, detailed, prompt, and answered all our questions. We felt relaxed and very welcomed every time we were in their offices.

    Outstanding experience with the Hammerle law firm. Worked with Robert Morris updating our wills along with multiple other documents such as directives to physicians. He did a great job of making changes based on listening to our desires and wishes.

    Virginia Hammerle prepared our wills a couple of years ago, and she also prepared updates for us recently. Virginia is a real pro. Besides the wills, she furnished us with a nicely organized package for the related documents. Most importantly… Virginia supplied a one-page list entitled “IMPORTANT!! DOCUMENTS TO INCLUDE IN FOLDER.” She should turn that list into a “Must Do”booklet - completing that list will save much future aggravation and pressure for our family.

    My wife and I met with Virginia to discuss updating our estate planning documents. The discussion was productive and it was apparent that Virginia is well-versed in the process. We agreed to move forward with the process and within a reasonable time the firm submitted the first draft of the documents. That was followed by a long telephone discussion with another of the firms attorneys, Kendra Rey, where we had another productive discussion when our questions and concerns were addressed. Shortly thereafter we had a formal final explanation and signing of the various documents. I highly recommend the firm for projects of this type.

    Ms. Hammerle and her team provided us a realistic review of our case and its chances for success, did excellent research into case law, then helped us pursue it with vigor to a satisfactory conclusion. Our case was a little complex, dealing with a family partnership, multiple testamentary trusts, and multiple probate jurisdictions. From my first consultation, Ms. Hammerle quickly understood the many moving parts, asking germane and penetrating questions that demonstrated her knowledge of trusts and partnerships.     Virginia Hammerle is a really great lawyer; she lives up to the wonderful reputation she has created over years of hard work and involvement in the legal profession. I went to her after seeing two other attorneys and she totally understood my situation and was able to help me when other top notch attorneys could not. Opposing counsel was very poor and she had to do the thinking for everyone. She resolved an old case and negotiated a great settlement for me. Not only that, but we enjoyed working with her.
